        <p>
You know those lawsuits that you kind of forget about and figure they will never come
to anything or will be thrown out of court. Well back during the first generation
of the iPod Nano, apparently their was a lawsuit for some pretty pissed off people
that just thought the original iPod nano's crappy case was just beyond what would
be considered acceptable when it came to how easily it became scratched and scuffed
and turned into a really nasty piece of hardware (click image above to see closer
example).
<br /><br />
Well it seems that not only did they take Apple to court over the crappy case that
was later sort of alleviated by including a slip case (admitting they were originally
at fault basically). They didn't just take them to court but now apparently they've
won a settlement of $22.5 million that will be given out to those who own the old
iPod Nano FIRST GENERATION, ya I know we're on what the 4th, 5th. 6th generation now?
Basically if you had one of the original Nano's without the slipcase you are eligible
for a $25 settlement, if you did get a slipcase your not left out either because you
still got jipped and get $15 for your trouble (does that mean the case is somehow
worth $10? Of course this is all after the crappy attorney fees and other law related
fees.
</p>
        <p>
In the end it all is still subject to the final judge's approval of the settlement
that will be heard in court on April 28th. So this may not be a discounted item or
a way to make a killing online, it is a way that you might end up getting a bit of
extra cash, even if it's only $25.00 in the crappy financial time every dollar counts
is my view.
</p>

I decided this was worthy of posting because well, it is. I'm not really the MLM style
guy and i've spoken out against every type of HYIP/Autosurf idea, well it seems that
I might have found something that takes Surfing and MLM and Paid to Click and somehow
actually seems to have turned it into a project that has a longevity planned into
it that will allow for it to continue.
</p>
        <p>
Basically what i'm talking about is GetTheBar it's a MLM program of sorts but the
product is actually a free toolbar that you run in Firefox or Internet Explorer that
is very basic but allows you to initiate searches from it. Sound like the yahoo/google
bar? well it is pretty much the same except for a key difference. When you or your
friends (up to 7 levels deep) search and click on a sponsored link, you in turn get
a portion of that ad revenue that the bar is making from that sponsored link.
</p>
        <p>
It's like google's search bar paying you to use it, the bar installs easily, has no
spyware and the entire system is being run by Mr. Gilardi a very big guy in the MLM
scene so it should definitly be a strong foundation for future growth. Personally
my view is since it's free, and it pays money for doing something I already do without
getting paid for doing it (searching the internet as normal) then I might as well
use a program/toolbar thats going to pay me and my friends to actually use it.
</p>
        <p>
If you'd like to give it a shot head over to <a href="http://register.getpaidatthebar.com/">GetPaidAtTheBar</a>,
for full instructions and details on getting involved, or jump straight in over at <a href="http://tinyurl.com/9n5te8">GetTheBar</a> directly.

The whole installation was easy. So after it was set up, time to check out how it
works, just to find out that the market is close, I bought it on the weekend. Maybe
that was a good thing now, because I recommend you to take your time and watch all
the videos and read the documentation. Just to make sure you have set everything the
right way. One of the things you have to make sure is that you set you FAPturbo GMT
correctly. So time to do some back testing. We set the start date to October
12st and ended it on 12 December 2008. We set out balance on $200. We choose
the EURGBP currency pair. Time to hit start and let see what happens with the
backtesting... WOW, we just made $696.41 profit! Amazing... Time to do some more testing...
so we put back the time for a whole year. Now we noticed some strange things. Two
times big loses of $170 or so. That sound right. Time to investigate. So we ask the
Guys at Fap turbo. They explained, you cant do a backtest for a year as the summer
and winter time changes, so the GMT has to be adjusted. That makes sense :), good
to know! So that means the system preforms excellent! It performs way better than
expected.

In a bid for complete openness and starting to discuss the best of ways to earn cash.
We've already discussed some basic internet resale, but it's time to discuss a few
things a bit more. shady. Today this post is going to go over a bit of a darker way
of earning cash namely, High Yield Investment Programs. First thing to understand
is that HYIP's are NOT AN INVESTMENT I don't care if it's a program/site that's been
up for 5 years it's still a game and nothing more.
<br /><br />
Don't listen to ANYONE whether it be a referrer, a website, a reviewer it doesn't
matter don't believe for a second that a HYIP is anything more than the most dangerous
game that you've ever delt with. Why should you believe me? Well your talking to a
guy that took $30 and turned it into $24,000 and lost it in the same amount of time
it took me to log off and log back onto the internet. You see I was on the top of
my game I was playing in 5-10 small HYIP games the real game ones that disappear every
week or so, but I was only using 10-20$ in each of them.
</p>
        <p>
The issue was I started to feel safe with 2 of the largest HYIPs of the time, GoldenRocks
and 12DailyPro. I eventually expanded both programs to close to $12,000 each, remember
is started in these programs compounding from $30 at 40-50% every 2 weeks or so for
over a year, things were going well. It came down to adrenaline over the course of
that year I lost sight of just how at risk that money was. One week the day after
I redeposited all $12,000 GoldenRocks disappeared with promises that they were coming
back, that never came to be. 12DailyPro was shutdown by the SEC completely and they
confiscated everything with the promise of returning money only to have 8 emails from
US lawyers with legal fees in the hundreds of thousands of dollars for them to work
to "do right by the investors" the fact is had the SEC not stepped in their would
have been a lot of rich people instead their were a lot of broke people.
</p>
        <p>
Now why did I redeposit that $12,000 your asking common sense would have said since
it was even a little risk why wasn't I siphoning off some of the cash out of the investing
into my pocket. Well the reason is pretty simple it's hard to take cash out of something
that makes 50% profit every 2 weeks. I mean those 2 weeks were going to make me $6,000
just for those 2 little weeks. It was truly greed that forces people to keep reinvesting
and inevitably loosing everything.
</p>
        <p>
So here is my suggestion to you play with them if you want the chance to make a quick
buck, but always keep in mind that the moment you invest your money, it's gone! Don't
count on it ever coming back because the chances are stacked against you. Be smarter
than I was, if you make cash take part of it out always take part of it out, yes the
idea that compounding your earnings sounds great the fact of it comes down to is that
it's impossible to compound 0$ which is what every person who "invests" with HYIPs
ends up with, remember when it comes to HYIP's online no matter how great they seem
your never investing your PLAYING.
</p>
        <p>
Before the thought gets into your head you're not going to hear a single word or recommendation
on which game or sites to play, one reason is that they change far to often for me
to give you one that will eventually be available whenever you do decide to try them.
The other reason is after loosing all that money I just really don't feel right recommending
any no matter how great they appear to be, as I won't be responsible for any of you
making a poor choice because of a suggestion I make, I want you all to have the opportunity
to make money but I want you to make that choice as informed as is possible.

this is a pretty decent place to start for our first Resale-Flash, it's not a massive
under average pricing but its a decent place to start. This <a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136218&amp;Tpk=WD6400AAKS&amp;CMP=AFC-C8Junction">Western
Digital SATA Hard Drive WD6400AAKS</a>, it's SATA 3.0GB/s, 7200RPM, and has a 16gb
Cache to make it nice and fast. Newegg has this WD 640gb hard drive selling currently
for $69.99 which is the lowest price currently I have found the drive for. Beating
out everyone else on Google Checkout search.
</p>
        <p>
The average selling price ranges from 74$ to 105$, that means at 70$ including the
free shipping that NewEgg is offering on the item you can make between 4$ and 35$
reselling this item. With the low cost even picking up 1 or 2 of them for resale seems
to be a good idea, maybe order one for yourself and expand your own computer while
your at it.

      <body xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
        <p>
Theirs a reason your going to see a lot of "Deal-Flashes" on the site, the fact is
that cheap deals especially ones that last only for a short amount of time is the
fact that they can easily be flipped and resold for a pretty decent profit in many
cases. Not to mention the fact that one effective way to increase your savings in
your bank is to spend less cash when it comes to buying things you need.
</p>
        <p>
Their are many great sites that offer things like our Deal-Flashes and I'm sure they
will have many deals that we miss and overtime we will probably do a few deal site
reviews of our own to discuss which sites you should really keep an eye on.
</p>
        <p>
On top of this we're also playing around with the idea of how best to manage the deal
flashes as this is just the beginning of the new site, eventually I plan to also roll
out something along the lines of "<strong>Resale-Flashes</strong>" which would basically
be confirmed resellable items that you can make a profit off of with items reselling
on ebay, or just generally via your own online store. These Resale Flashes will show
the price that we found the item for as well as further information such as the Low/High/Average
price found online as well as the price that the items are available for on eBay.
</p>
        <p>
As the Resale-Flashes are kind of the golden deals there will probably be fewer of
them over time but they will come eventually and of course they will most likely be
time sensitive but we're going to try to bring them to you as often and as quickly
as possible so that you can easily react to them and earn a bit of cash.
</p>

this is a big deal especially when the fact is that many 500gb drives are currently
selling for $100 and 1tb sell for closer to 150$ the fact that Buy.com is offering
the <a href="http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=206821006">FD G-Force 1TB Hard
Drive with external enclosure for only $99</a> after rebate it's a stunning deal.
To top things off it's also got free shipping so you really are only gonna end
up spending $99 a great deal for quickly upgrading your computers storage.
</p>
        <p>
It's actually a pretty good drive overall with all the standard features such as Dual
Interface (eSATA &amp; USB 2.0), 7200RPM, 16MB all in a very Mac-esque external case. I'm
pretty sure it's some oem drive inside but at this price it really doesn't matter
at this rate you could get 2tb for about the same price as you'd normally get 1 or
1.5tb that's a pretty big deal for those media junkies like myself. The only draw
back to this great price is the fact that part of the discount comes in the form of
a mail-in rebate but even at the $119.99 without the rebate it's still a great deal.

In a bid to get things rolling on the site I've got a pretty great deal, a Apple Airport
Express M9470LL/A available for the same cost as a crappy Linksys! Ok these aren't
the new 802.11n model but considering how tiny and effective these little guys are
it's a great deal. They normally sell for $100 and today they have a $40 discount
clearance sale over at MacMall.
<br /><br />
For those that don't know the M9470LL/A acts as bouth a standard WiFi access point
or router as well as giving remote access for a iTunes music collection. This specific
model that's up for sale has 802.11a/b/g connectivity, both an ethernet port and a
USB port, and 3.5mm audio minijack for analog and optical digital sound. The wicked
part is this is all built into the power supply in one piece.
</p>
        <p>
As usual it comes with the bevy of security features WPA/WPA2, WEP and is fully supported
on PC and MAC a like. All necessary software is included and has a full year AppleCare
warranty.
</p>
        <p>
Definitly a great deal over at <a href="http://www.macmall.com/macmall/shop/detail.asp?Redir=1&amp;description=Apple%2DAirPort+Express+Base+Station+with+802%2E11b%2Fg+and+AirTunes%2DWireless+Networking&amp;dpno=448199&amp;adcampaign=external,mwb13299&amp;wt.mc_id=mwb13299&amp;source=mwb13299">MacMall
for $59.99</a>.
</p>
        <p>
As a note you can also get free shipping if your total order is over $99+ for a limited
time and of course since it's a clearance sale while supplies last.

After a lot of thought I've decided that Profitcorp should be a bit more active so
i plan to use the site as a bit of a sounding board for all things that have a chance
of turning a bit of profit for you and me, as well as ideas that anyone can put into
practice in these hard times to save a bit. So we'll also be posting things like great
deals and other issues.... As I'm still busy working on my other sites and getting
this site up to speed, be patient eventually the posts will pick up a good bit
</p>
        <p>
For those of you that enjoyed the old site don't fret the old site is still fully
available if you just click "<a href="index.html">old site</a>" over on the right
side menu :)
